From a Solo Practice to a Growing Team
Shivbhavan & Associates was established in 2017 by CA Shivbhavan Alguram Yadav, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016 and is an Associate Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The firm began as an independent solo practice, with CA Shivbhavan Yadav personally handling the taxation, audit, and compliance needs of his earliest clients in Isanpur and the surrounding parts of Ahmedabad.
In those early years, every return filed, every audit conducted, and every client conversation was handled directly — an approach that has continued to shape how the firm works even as it has grown: close involvement, careful attention to detail, and a preference for understanding each client's business rather than treating compliance as a routine task.
As the client base grew, the firm gradually expanded from a one-person practice into a small, focused team, with Junior Accountants supporting day-to-day bookkeeping, return preparation, and client coordination. Through this growth, particular depth has developed in the Manufacturing, Trading, and Transport sectors — understanding not just the regulatory requirements that apply, but the practical rhythm of how these businesses operate through the year.
Shivbhavan & Associates operates as a sole proprietorship Chartered Accountancy firm under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. The firm continues to serve clients across Ahmedabad today, working across Income Tax, GST, TDS, Company Registration, ROC Compliance, Auditing, Tax Planning, Management Consultancy, and Accounting matters.
